INSTITUTE POLICIES & ADMISSION GUIDELINES
Terms and Conditions
Please review the terms and conditions governing enrollment, hands-on lab training, safety standards, and self-employment mentorship at Smartphone Service and Training.
1 Introduction & Institutional Identity
Welcome to Smartphone Service and Training. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Student", "Trainee", or "User") and Smartphone Service and Training (operating under the mentorship of Sandip Sir, located at Olatapur, Cuttack, Odisha - 754010, India).
By browsing this website, submitting an enrollment request, attending a demo class, or enrolling in any offline or online course, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2 Course Admission & Demo Criteria
Smartphone Service and Training offers practical, job-oriented mobile phone hardware, software, and advanced chip-level micro-soldering courses.
- Eligibility: Training is open to students, hobbyists, aspiring technicians, and individuals with a passion for electronics. Prior technical experience is not mandatory for foundation batches.
- Demo Criteria: Prospective trainees may register for a free demo session to inspect the lab facilities, curriculum outline, and teaching pedagogy. Seat reservations must be confirmed in advance due to limited individual workstation capacity.
- Verification: Enrolled trainees must provide accurate identity and contact information (Full Name, Phone Number, Email) for batch scheduling and course records.
3 Practical Lab Usage & Safety Protocol
Our institute takes immense pride in providing hands-on training with professional-grade diagnostic and repair equipment.
Students must handle SMD rework stations, soldering irons, DC power supplies, oscilloscopes, and stereo microscopes with care, adhering strictly to trainer instructions and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety guidelines.
- Any intentional misuse, negligence, or unauthorized removal of tools, testing boards, or components from institute premises is strictly prohibited.
- Students are encouraged to bring their own practice devices for live troubleshooting under direct faculty supervision.
4 Fee Structure, Payments & Rescheduling
All fee structures are communicated transparently before enrollment:
- Course Fees: Fees cover laboratory bench usage, consumable practice materials (solder paste, jumpers, stencils), schematic diagrams, and classroom training.
- Installment Schedules: Where installment payment facilities are agreed upon, scheduled payments must be cleared by the agreed calendar milestones.
- Batch Rescheduling: Trainees unable to attend scheduled classes due to medical or personal emergencies may request a batch transfer or weekend backup session with prior written notice to Sandip Sir.
5 Self-Employment & Business Mentorship Commitment
Smartphone Service and Training specializes in empowering students to start and manage their own profitable mobile repair shops or operate as high-earning independent technicians.
To eliminate ambiguity regarding third-party corporate placements:
- We do not send students to third-party corporate placement drives or outsourced call-center roles.
- Instead, we provide 100% Self-Employment Support: comprehensive tool procurement guidance, shop layout planning, wholesale spare parts supplier connections, customer pricing strategies, and lifetime technical backing from Sandip Sir.
6 Code of Conduct & Inclusivity
Smartphone Service and Training fosters an inclusive, respectful, and supportive educational atmosphere. Sandip Sir has a proud 3-year record of vocational training for persons with disabilities.
We maintain zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior. Any trainee violating institute dignity or safety may have their enrollment suspended.
7 Intellectual Property & Course Materials
All schematic diagram compilations, proprietary training manuals, video explanations, and institute branding belong exclusively to Smartphone Service and Training. Trainees are granted personal, non-commercial use rights for study and practical troubleshooting.
8 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the institute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cuttack, Odisha.
